I got the little bacon cheeseburger with BBQ sauce. It was good, hot and got it in a decent amount of time. This is one of the more spacious Five Guys and very clean!

Burgers are good, but nothing special for the price. I think it's definitely overpriced and overrated. I don't like the regular fries, but I do like the cajun fries. Will likely be back, but certainly wouldn't go out of my way.

So the burgers here are typical of any five guys burgers. However the staff is fantastic! Shawn the general manager goes above and beyond to help anybody pouring the ketchup and he sees you trying to carry 3 cups of ketchup, he will instantly grab a paper bag for you. When going to a chain such as this, the product is typically the same across the country. It is always the staff that separates the good stores from the poor stores. The stores staff out shines the rest

Seriously though... for what it is - A burger joint - it's way overpriced. Yes, yes, it's a good burger, the fries are great and they ALWAYS give you way more than the container can hold - they practically fill your bag up half way with em. But, I do NOT believe in paying over $10 for a Double Cheeseburger and Fries. - NO drink... Unlike the first review, I think the seating is fine, might have been a little over-dramatic with the " like something you sat in in 2nd grade" part. Tables are well spaced and placed, the hi-tops are cool, though most folks do sit at the regular tables. The food is ok, it really is, but the overpricing just kills me. I can see paying $10 or so bucks for a burger & fries at a steakhouse, but not at a quick take out place. There are burger places nearby just as tasty and a few bucks cheaper, fries and a drink included. Coke machine - I have no problems with it, it's not hard to use and mixing flavors is always fun. I've been seeing the "hi-tech" machines a lot more recently. Cómo se dice... Wave of the future. Doc Brown didn't see this one comin' Customer service was standard, get in, order, go eat. Oh... there's an app for that too BTW. Order online from work or on the way there, it can be ready when you get there. Not to bad, though I'd rather just order there to make sure it's not sitting around too long. I'll visit this burger place from time to time, but damn... $10+ it's too much for a burger and fries - no drink.

The burgers and fries are very good but the prices are a bit expensive. The price that you pay for a burger, should include the fries. You will do better taking kids to another burger place in the area because they waste food. This food is too expensive to waste. I would love to visit this place more, but my homemade burgers are very good and for that price I can include fries, drinks, and plenty of ground beef for another day.

The burgers and fries hear are as good as any other Five Guys. If you enjoy the chains food, you will enjoy your meal here. This place was very clean and tidy. The staff was friendly enough but it just seemed that they really lacked the energy that I typically see from a Five Guys staff

I've eaten at a lot of burger joints in my time, and I've got to say FiveGuys is one of my favorite spots. They have a copious amount of toppings to choose from, and the patties are fresh and cooked to order. Oh and if there's two in your party go ahead and split a small fry because they hook it up. Would have got 5 stars but the wait is a little long. But all in all this location is always on point and gets it right. Always hits the spot for a great handmade burger.

These guys are on the spot with web orders. Pick up time in 8 minutes and they're always on top of it. They've never messed up an order, and I'd put the quality here above many of the other Five Guys locations I've visited. Keep it up!

I've been in the midwest for almost 4 years now, and I've only recently tried a Five Guys burger. It was pretty good. I ordered the little (but not so little!) bacon cheeseburger with everything and jalapenos. As the cashier explained it, the little burgers have one patty and the regular burgers have two. One is usually enough to satisfy me. My burger came out good and spicy, just the way I liked it. If the buns were better, I'd totally add another star, but the bread was just okay. The fries were pretty good too, and I like the coke machine that they have. My friend ordered a lime coke; I wasn't feeling that adventurous and ordered a cherry coke. All in all, a good fast-food burger joint. By the way, perhaps someone can answer this for me: What is the malt vinegar used for??? I've never seen this at any other fast food restaurants.

When it comes to burger joints 5 Guys is at the top for me. Not only do they have really good burgers and fries, but they even have an ample stash of malt vinegar to take the fries to the next level. If you've never tried putting malt vinegar on your fries, you should. I picked up the habit when in Ireland and have never looked back. Better than catchup, in my opinion. This location, as I believe all of their locations, have the amazing Coke Freestyle machines. This alone is worth a visit if you've never seen one, there are literally hundreds of drinks that you can get out of the machine. My favorite has been the Cherry Vanilla Coke. The only negative about 5 Guys is the price, they are a bit more money than most burger places but the quality is top notch and the little touches like the malt vinegar and the coolest soda dispensing machine in the world make it worth it to me.

Ok, this is my review, your mileage may vary. After hearing great things about 5 Guys I had to go and try it out for myself. I was big time disappointed. In all reality, there wasn't much of anything I did like about the place. I know this sounds like nitpicking, but when you sum up the whole experience as I will do here, it just doesn't add up at all. I think the best way to do this is to just list it as it happened. 1 - We walked in the door and were slightly confused as to where to go to order around the line of potato sacks. 2 - We ordered 2 Bacon Cheeseburgers (the regulars, not the "little"), 1 Large Fry and 2 Large Cokes for a total of just under $26. Holy crap! We were then instructed that our number would be called when ready. 3 - We went to the new fangled Coca-Cola branded self serve pop machines and selected just regular Coke. Now on one hand I can see the fun of having 96 different pop combinations but I am quite sure there have been a few people that have had to go and ask for help as they are kind of confusing. 4 - We took our drinks to a regular table. At 5 Guys they have two kinds of tables. They have the really tall bar type tables with really tall barstools and then they have regular tables with chairs. Now, the bar type tables are way too tall and not one of those tables were occupied by any of the 6-7 dining parties. We sat at a regular table like everyone else and the regular chairs are too low and small! I swear to God the chairs look like something you sat in in 2nd grade, they're literally that small. 5 - The place is very bright with white tile and red accents and really bright lighting. Now, the music they were playing kicked ass! Yes, I really did like it. It seems like it is geared towards my age and older as in the time I was there I heard BTO, 70's Heart, Rush and more. Very cool but, I can't believe I'm gonna say this, way too loud! My wife and I actually had to raise our voices to talk to each other and at one point I told her to go up to the counter cause I thought I might have heard our number called but I wasn't sure. There was no way that we could have reasonably heard our number called over the music where we were sitting. Great idea on the music, just turn it down one notch or so, we're not at a carnival here. 6 - And then the food arrives. She takes the large cup of fries out first which seems pretty plentiful, but not for $4.99. They are also the kind of fries with the skins on them (hence the sacks of potatoes) which she likes and I could live without. The fries were good, but not that good and definitely not worth the price. And now the burgers, the staple of their business. No. We took the aluminum wrapped burgers out and before we even unwrapped them I was wondering if we got the right order. That's it? We unwrapped them and found them to be about the size of a Quarter Pounder, and not a double QP mind you. The burgers were pretty good, but certainly nothing to write home about and most definitely not worth the $6.89 we paid for them, you've gotta be kidding me. If I want a really good burger that wows me and I'm gonna pay for it I'll go to Schoop's. So anyway, there you have it. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone. Then again, go and try it and see what you think. Just make sure you have enough money. Final Tally: Burgers - Good but way overpriced Fries - Good but overpriced. Cokes - Very good, if you can figure out how to get it Seating - Not very well thought out Atmosphere - Like 2:45 AM bar lighting (ugly lights!) and pretty loud

I can't support a place where you are WAY overcharged for your food. The burger is average, the fries are a grease pile. Fresh cut, great idea...now they need to learn how to cook them right. Its great you advertise where the tater's come from to make the fries, cool support American farmers...but then you ruin them...come on. The soggy overprice fries and burgers that the cashier has no patience for you when ordering is not worth the money. This is a 3-4 dollar burger at best, the fries need a complete re-thought, because their current idea of what's good... isn't. Save your money and go to a local diner for a burger and get soup and a dessert included. When you eat here you feel ripped off for the food, service, and don't be a sucker for trends and advertising...

I took the family there on Sunday for lunch. 5 burgers, 1 large fry, one cajan small fry and 5 pops. $52.00. I almost had a heart attack. The burgers are good and the place was clean. They give you free peanuts while you wait. I am still in shock at the prices. If I hit the lottery, I will go back.

I think 5 guys has the best "fast food" hamburger you can get. The store is clean and the staff is friendly. The food is amazing and they have that ballin coke machine that has 128 different flavors. The only problem is they are super expensive.
